Messaging platform giant telegram got into trouble after conducting
its ICO.
Recently, telegram agreed to provide communication related all documents to SEC (security exchange commission)
Telegram has signed an order that confirms the tech giant is willing to hand over its communication related documents of ICO to SEC
It concerns the investors about the distribution of its gram token( telegram platform token).
The Security Exchange Commission ( SEC) halted telegrams ICO in October 2019 for conducting an unlicensed offering of security.
After six months of court case and proceedings New york judge court issued a injunction this year that banned the firm from launching TON.
US based investors are being refunded at a rate of 72 cent per token while international investors are refunding at a rate of 72%.
Now Telegram will provide all the bank records to SEC and will respond all the financial questions asked by the firm.
